How do I book a service?
Open Moya in Telegram. Choose Find a service or type what you need, your area and preferred date. Select a professional and send a booking request.

Is a booking immediately confirmed?
No. The professional must accept your request. You will receive the resulting status in Telegram.
How do payments work?
Online payments are not enabled. Starting prices are estimates. Agree the final price with the professional; the development bot does not collect payment.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Open My bookings in Telegram and select the booking. Available actions depend on its current status. A proposed time change requires the other person to agree.
How do I contact support?
Choose Contact support in Telegram to create a request for local staff review. The Help assistant currently provides offline guidance. This is not an emergency service.
